The 2016–2017 Excite Season will do nothing short of just that: thrill audiences with truly inspired music and performances. Artistic Director and Conductor Neal Gittleman and the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra collaborate with Concertmaster Jessica Hung and returning star Ryu-Kyung Kim as well as several young soloists: Anastasia Rizikov, Yevgeny Kutik, Gavin George, and Eileen Whalen. In May, the DPO welcomes Mei-Ann Chen as a guest conductor. The Excite Season has the work of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart sprinkled throughout, featuring not only his very first symphony but also his Requiem. As a whole, this group of performances is a joyous journey into many musical worlds, including those of Mahler, Prokofiev, Debussy, Rimsky-Korsakov, and Gandolfi.

Remember that when you subscribe to the 9 Package, you are getting TWO FREE CONCERTS and when you subscribe to the 6 Package, you are getting a FREE CONCERT when compared with buying single tickets (which have higher prices and added ticketing fees).
